The company gave me an opportunity to serve my country. There was job security along with a lot of learning experience and explore different cultures of the country. Got to learn new and upcoming technologies from experience people and taught them to my subordinates for the greater good of the company and telecom sector. Since the company is run by Government of India the talent assessment is not done properly and there are low chance of going to the top if have not been appointed to higher rank.
