I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. MD involve in smallest activity of company and every time looking to deduct salary of employees. Harrasement done of very high level. No job satisfaction and security. Bond system for experienced employees. No value of senior employees. Advantage taken of necessity of employees by MDs and management. Very poor culture.
