This is hell for faculty in Hyderabad. Do not join this institution. Everybody in Hyderabad are aware about the worst work cluture in BIET that's why they are hiring North Indians. All five ratings to this institution is given by HR only

I am working as associate professor of chemistry in the Department of Sciences and Humanities, BIET. It has been a great pleasure to work with an institute with a vision. This is only college in Hyderabad, who cut 25% salary as security for first 6 months. Management said that the security money will return at the time of relieving. Till date they have not given security deposite to any one. Even they charge six month salary when you resign. They always says that due to voilation of agreement facultyhave to pay six months salary. If u leave the college after a year of after 5 years, always they says that faculty have voilate the rule. Here HR police is very poor. They have not gave the relieving letter and experience letter to any staff. Please do not join this college....Read More

Its a good and secure place to work. I am able to contribute and develop the students as best as possible through various activities like group presentations, club activities etc. I have a dedicated academic and undisturbed ambience here. We have very good labs and dedicated faculty members who take all the extra efforts for the students to score well in exams. We have different teaching sessions for slow learners and have a good rapport with the parents as well. Moreover we have got an opportunity to mentor few students exclusively for their overall development.
