I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Senior are to good but work is very bad. Company is making small metels casting wheel (2kg to 12 kg) and nylon wheels for small tralli. It's have no latest technology.
