Good work environment and culture.teamates are supportive and management is transparent.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

Salary is decent but growth is slow.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
