This is a worst company i have ever seen, they only paid u for ur Qualification. Worst HR policies. After knowing that I'm a pharma graduate they hire me for production department. And then they put me in bio process department. Where i was doing Virus culture, which was not even my suitable department. When i talk to HR regarding this problem they told me that, there was a subject microbiology in B-Pharma, so no problem. And they Will do anything with you from washing to anything. They won't value your qualifications. They will make you do work that you are not an expert at. My kind request to all pharma student don't get excited to get selected by BBIL. They will give u opportunity to do job here and search a desire job. This industry is not for pharma student. Dear fresher's , if you get job at BBIL then u should come and join this company and start finding another suitable job from next day.
