Dislikes

The way they treat employees are very bad, especially HR don't care to do their duties. The way they speak is very annoying. To pay our increments they give as arrears that too as number of portions. You will never know how much percentage was your increment.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
