The only thing i dislike is that no transparency is there, rule of law is missing, Rule varies person to person ,specially in my unit.rest all is good. Good salary,job security is good

Work culture is very good and management is very friendly. Company provides accomodation and fooding at very nominal cost. Best place to learn and grow as a professional. Salary for the core department engineers (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy, Mining) are the best in the industry. They treat new joinees as their "Damaad" ( son in law) and try to every possible facilities for those new joinees just seperated from their parents and entering new phase of professional life.
