Top management do not have eyes but have ears to hear only which suits them. Job security is NIL. No time for learning, you have to work and learn.

Till Public Sector, work culture was very good. but, after change in management of the company from Public sector to Private, there was a sort of disturbance at functional level(obviously due to change).Otherwise company was good.
