Work culture is very good and management is very friendly. Company provides accomodation and fooding at very nominal cost. Best place to learn and grow as a professional. Salary for the core department engineers (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy, Mining) are the best in the industry. They treat new joinees as their "Damaad" ( son in law) and try to every possible facilities for those new joinees just seperated from their parents and entering new phase of professional life.
