They paid us full amount of the hours we put in for online classes. The salary came a little late but we were informed by the head via mail and no deduction was seen in the amount.

cant enjoy rigid hierarchies that stifle creativity or slow decision-making processes. Micromanagement could also be frustrating, as it limits autonomy and can inhibit productivity. Nothing as such however as the faculty the job only depends upon us.

Everything the management, higher management as well as hr are uneducated.Hard to communicate in English to the people across team , every now and then they come up with new rules and regulations to make it difficult to work . Mrs. Bhawana and Mr. Narshimha in brds Blr make the working environment more toxic to work across teams. Apparently they understand basic formal day to day communication on mails in English.
