cant enjoy rigid hierarchies that stifle creativity or slow decision-making processes. Micromanagement could also be frustrating, as it limits autonomy and can inhibit productivity. Additionally, if the company culture doesn't prioritize work-life balance or personal development, that could be a drawback.

Nothing as such however as the faculty the job only depends upon us.

Everything the management, higher management as well as hr are uneducated.Hard to communicate in English to the people across team , every now and then they come up with new rules and regulations to make it difficult to work . Mrs. Bhawana and Mr. Narshimha in brds Blr make the working environment more toxic to work across teams. Apparently they understand basic formal day to day communication on mails in English. Form all my jobs was the worst management, and importantly they have no respects of any employees or and king of job security here. half day salary is deducted in a min late....Read More
