Bhajanlal is a mobile shop of Kolkata, but they have big back-end team for export-import and e-commerce development. Bhajanlal is very careful for Salary payment. Director is very helpful most important thing is everyone have 100% job security. Director does not sack any one for any reason.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
