I started as GET so it was good experience for me teammates are helpful, no workload at all do the job according to your own interest neither anyone is even going to ask about the work nor you have to report anyone regarding work.

I worked 4.5 years, did not get a single appraisal, not only me all the staff are facing same situation, only thing is salary in time. but that also affected since last one year. some people are good and helpful, but no one support you, HRD is worse here. they will review your Naukri profile time to time whether you are searching a new job or not?

no job satisfaction, no job security, don't join if you don't have any god father in this company or you are a south Indian. company provide you free food but that you will not take because of poor quality.
