I worked 4.5 years, did not get a single appraisal, not only me all the staff are facing same situation, only thing is salary in time. but that also affected since last one year. some people are good and helpful, but no one support you, HRD is worse here. they will review your Naukri profile time to time whether you are searching a new job or not?
