...e time of joining in BGR I have 6 years of experience in small scale industries. And also due to my situations I joined in BGR with very low pay scale. Initially I feel good because it's a huge company and n no of employees are working. Wherever I joined I got the good name on my work. The same I did in BGR also ... not only one or two years I provide my best for four years but not get even a single increment. My head also suggested our management by giving note for approval for my salary revision. But management didn't bother about the employees. Who are all joined after April 2016, they didn't give any increments. They are killing their employees.
