Coming to BGD Disadvantages, BGD tech is actually a shell company for 1win. Where you will be working for 1win not for BGD Tech. There is Zero job security in this company. Management don’t care about employees anyday will be last day for you at this office. So if you’re a family person who is looking for a secure job then this is abig no for you. You will get paid two times per month. But usually the the middle month payment usually they pay two to three days late. It’s big issue for people who have financial commitments.
