Factory Head is like a Joker, does not have much knowledge in the followings 1. production, 2. Quality Management 3. Descipline 4. People management 5. Cost Control, 6. Systematic plan etc.... Salary 15 days late Travel : Company located in remote area, no public transport, company vehicles are not good, very bad Work environment is not cooperative
