Job security is good because of the employer being concerned about the job of every employee. The work culture is very friendly and the employer is approachable. There are times when difficult work of unknown field is given to employees for competing. The work-pressure becomes extremely high at times leading to imbalance in work and personal life.

My work is to provide tutoring assistance to undergraduate students from different countries, mostly from United States of America. I provide notes and other types of educational and tutoring assistance to these students.

Not much. As it is a service industry, we have to be almost all time online, but beside the benefits, one can easily take this too.
