Job security is good because of the employer being concerned about the job of every employee. The work culture is very friendly and the employer is approachable. There is scope for providing feedback to the management. The management and the employer make changes if they feel that the feedback provided is relevant, valid and beneficial for every employee. There are times when difficult work of unknown field is given to employees for competing. The work-pressure becomes extremely high at times leading to imbalance in work and personal life.

Work Details

My work is to provide tutoring assistance to undergraduate students from different countries, mostly from United States of America. I provide notes and other types of educational and tutoring assistance to these students.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
