There are times when difficult work of unknown field is given to employees for competing. The work-pressure becomes extremely high at times leading to imbalance in work and personal life.

My work is to provide tutoring assistance to undergraduate students from different countries, mostly from United States of America. I provide notes and other types of educational and tutoring assistance to these students.

This place is my second home. It feels great to be part of this company for 5+ yrs. Our mentor Ajay Binani always pushes us to learn something new and implement the same in our professional field of work. Since our client is all based in United State - I was a bit concerned about the working hours earlier. Dealing with the client directly I had to be available at late hours at the night , but gradually with growth and advancement learnt to go that extra mile in your career you need to give that extra time.

My primary responsibility is to take care of my team of 25 members and to ensure there is a smooth flow of communication between our client and our team. I am also involved in the project which is an educational support platform for US students.
