The work pressure is very high yo achive the store target n indvl sometime we have strech. In some occusion we were called early in the morng n we hav to strech. Growth in slow.Growth is also depend on how much ur % is.

Entirely different environment where I feel like a family, mangers always with helping nature and I have never seen in other companies where staff is there first priority at any point.

Specially that shuffling process without any reason and of questions are raised for this it's an operational call if u want to do it then do or Els u may leave. We think this is decided by my local managers not by company.
