Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

I loved working with this company. It was an amazing experience with my team and bosses. I enjoyed the work culture and their incentive programme is amazing.

Nothing. Because ,All depends on your performance. The more you sell the more you earn. So any how you have to compete hard to achieve your target. If you dont focus on sale then obviously growth stops.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
