Just dont join this company, you would be so thankful. Every single employee in the company is working to leave that place. The founders don't know business, tech anything, they just know how to shout and scream all the time in office, they treat everyone very badly, would cut you pay even for medical leaves, wont give u leave, and in case u had some emergency and took a leave, he would demote u and cut ur salary....Read More

Everthing , Bunch of old people in the company who do nothing except writing an email which is useless , sitting and working like gadha in the office , no product , just show case their products like in a museum, bad and toxic work culture , Mr. kocher built nothing in his 5 years except making investor and client idiot . Worst Leader , worst place and worst company to work with .

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
