1. Salary delay (2.5 months delay) (If joining date is on 1st Jan then employee will receive their first salary after 15th March) 2. BDI never gives FnF to their employees (They never gives last 2/3 months delayed salary, Conveyance and incentives) 3. No incentives even after a very successful campaign and extraordinary performanceby the team. It's common practice at BDI that after completing the campaign they fire their employees to save incentive, conveyance,2-3 months salary. 4. BDI never fulfils their commitments, they only know how to make false commitments to employees and they just use their employees. BDI means TRAP. 5. No week offs, employees need to work for 30 days. If an employee wants any off/leave then it completely depends on the mercy/mood of HOD. Pathetic work life balance. 6. Zero work ethics (Ethics is out of syllabus thing for BDI). HODs don't know how to talk. They use Abusive and offensive language in front of all team members, be it male or female, it doesn't matter. 7. No fixed rules and regulations at the workplace, It's a LALA type company. 8. No job security, it's completely HODs unique ability to see employees performance through their Blindness. (HODs have rights to fire you even without any discussion regarding the same) 9. HR never responds to employees, Role of HR is just for the name sake. He can't take any disciplinary actions against seniors/HODs. HR can't intervene in any matter without the permission of respective HODs. 10. They don't know how to treat employees and never respect their employees. 11. Employees can't survive at BDI for long term. (One can survive iff he/she don't want Salary, respect, work life balance and incentives) 12. Zero Career growth/appraisal (No such words in BDI's dictionary) No appraisal since last 3 years even No Deepawali bonus or gift. They make only false commitments and HODs tell the story of "how he is saving you and your job". Only 1/2 most favourite employees of HODs will get untimely appraisal, even early appraisal. But to become their favourite employee means that you need to do all ethical and unethical work for HODs even the work which is not good for the reputation of company ) 13. Meeting with MD is just a “Next Level Predefined Plan of Harassing Employees”. Overall Discussion will be about "How to deduct salary of employees", "How to pressurise employees so that they can't ask about incentives, appraisal", "they will make you feel that they are very kind and humble because they are not firing you from this job". 14. They never provide Experience letters and NOC to employees. HR never responds. 15. HODs will never let you serve your Notice period completely, they will fire you just 2/4 days before completing your 30 days notice period by citing any xyz reason and in such a way they never provide delayed salary of 2/3 months, incentives and conveyance. 16. Extreme levels of misbehaviour at the workplace by HODs are very common practice and BDI don't have any disciplinary course of action for the same. 17. It's the worst company I have ever seen. Top management asks their employees to buy company's flats in order to save their jobs. In case an employee bought the flat from the company then they will never let his/her registry done. Now employees can't leave the organisation before getting Registry papers of your flat from the company and management will never process the registry of your flat. If an employee leaves the organisation then the employee can't get their flat from the company. So in such a way they ruin the career of employees.They are just playing with employees' careers. 18. During any campaign launch they ask their employees to work for 13/14 hrs. on a regular basis (While std. Job shift - 8/8.5 hrs.) That too without any week offs for 2/3 months. Even after an extreme level of dedicated work by employees, they don't pay salaries and incentives. 19. HODs expect the same output/ performance from all the team members irrespective of their Designation, experience, Salary package. 20. BDI forces their employees to make false commitments with customers for sales and after getting a booking amount they ask their employee to fulfil the commitment on a personal level. After sales they don't take any responsibility and are forced to handle all problems on their own. 21. Due to all above mentioned points BDI has bad reputation in market. No one wants to work with BDI (be it broker/channel partner or Employee), that's why vacancies are always there....Read More

I enjoy my current position but one area that my present employer could improve is employee retention. We’ve had a high turnover and i can feel the whole team’s mood dip when an information received that another person has left. Otherwise, its a great office environment and I am enjoying all of my projects of Bhiwadi and Alwar.

Fraud organisation. I will not suggest anyone to work with them. They have made employees work during lockdown but haven’t paid a penny also along with this they are forcing employees to buy their flats failure to which they are terminating employees without giving them notice period or clearing their dues.
