Nothing's good, prejudiced management who doesn't give a shit about employees. Focuses only on work, micro management, all kinds of negative corporate drama. You will learn nothing which helps you grow outside the organisation. Waste of people's time if joined here.

Somehow the indian headquarters are only good for locals and the relatives of employees working over there for very long period of time.

Dislikes

The Hyderabad office have invisible toxic culture which one can experience only after working there for few months. If you get comfortable with that culture than you will survive over there (you won't grow because there's not much of postions on higher management)

There is no restriction on what you wear if you're in night shift. Good company if you're starting your career.

Office politics is extreme. Difference between fixed and CTC is huge, which explains how bad the salary structure is and you'll be forced to work, but still won't get it all as mentioned. Its a circus.
