Likes

Depends on the team but most of the times the managers and team leads are very amicable and approachable. There will be politics regarding appraisals but again it depends. Overall the work environment and the learning process is very efficient and it’s great place to start with career.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
