It's great platform for sales . New ideas implementation to increase sale and grow a territory . One can learn a lot of negotiation communication with customer channel partners and businesses .

1 Work pressure is quite high though that's not a thing to dislike but if you don't have work life balance that's where problem starts . 2.sometime people won't let you work just because you're not able to complete target regardless you were not responsible for it. 3.let new ideas come and your ego go. 4.Soms activities to rejuvenate employees .. don't let it be plain mainstream A lot can be changed a lot can be improved .
