This was the worst experience of my life. Management is poor. Politics and Nepotism at peaks in this so called organisation. Managers have bossy type nature. They'll bully you for sales and numbers and managers in this company are big liars. They will give you lollipop that you'll get incentive after achieving the target but know what you'll get nothing. I joined this company as a Business development officer but after joining they demolished the profile and transfer me to sales. Very unprofessional company. Your managers will make you sit in the depo office for no reason irrespective of work. They do not focus on your growth they only focus on their numbers and Targets quotas. If you have a bit respect for yourself and want to grow in your career then never ever join this damn so called company....Read More
