Worst Company to work. No personal life. True lalachap company. They are only concern about sale. Daily sales pressure on employees. No special benefits for employees , they treat employee like slave. Late night working sometimes till 12 am and on Sunday also. Late night meetings, and main thing is that they thinks that it is normal.no employee friendly company.

Not much behave like corporates. Only compete with asian paints but didn't a single percent of them. Salary is good but work culture not good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
