Noting to be like at Bentek Automation.....

Dislikes

Please Do not spoil your future at Bentek Automation. They will stuck your salary at the time of resignation and never release. this is there hidden policy. They will never tell you about there 90Days Notice period. If you want to join another company after Bentek, No one will wait for you till 90Days. They can fire or Terminate any time without paying any amount or they can release your documents (Experience Letter, Reliving Letter etc.) without your resignation. Main important point is that they are the 3rd party, they do not have Electrical work as they mentioned in there name as Automation. No Secure future. This is the combination of three points,,, Employee + Employer + Bentek Automation = Spoil future. If your are reading these comments before joining the Bentek Automation Please Don't... I disliked everything, as the management doesn’t know how to deal with their employees. They can delay or deduct your salary without any reason or without any prior information. They don’t have any good clients

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
