There is no job security at all whether you are working from a long time. The company sees only it's own profit. Employee does not matter. Work culture is good, bosses are just robot all power belongs to HR. Terrible policy

There is no job security at all whether you are working from past 5-10 years. People discriminate on cast. In other organization it is extremely prohibited. If any one discriminates he/she might loss his job but here you can abuse any one on basis of his/her cast.

Job was never secure. I was working from last 5yrs at BCCL but it takes only few minutes to eliminate at covid-19 not only me but to those who were working from 5-10yrs. Only those can stay who have personal relation with their super bosses

Absolutely no guidance, you are expected to jump into your role without orientation, which the HR organises but your bosses expect you to miss! Odd working hours 6 days a week, bad pay. The office drop off only. I lived quite far away from the office, without proper public transport, but the office couldn’t provide me pick up despite multiple requests. There was no bus service from my home and the private taxis used to ferry passengers illegally, which was too dangerous. I had to leave my job eventually!...Read More

Appraisal and promotion is not based on performance. Its always like “my promotion is due”. Your salary, benefits, work profile, objective and related things purely depends on company owner and their thought process. Practically nothing, only if something has to be written are the million parties that the company throws which hardly matters

The company has a policy to harrass the employees, if you make smallest mistake the VP forces you to give a treat to the whole floor, it was such a situation where now whoever brought samosas to office everyone came to finance department to ask who made mistakes. It is humiliating to work here
