It is all depends on higher management, what they feel or believe they pass on to their subordinates and so on. When they want people should learn, few learning and skill development workshop organised when they want to reduce cost every one run to reduce cost when they want to increase revenue every one try to get revenue.

Dislikes

They don't have the growth mindset. thinking process is just to reduce cost only. From last many years they stopped many editions and not even try to increase their circulation or no. of editions or even not a single new plant opening.

this organization is highly over rated with very poor senior management. Work satisfaction is bad. Only the brand name is big inside it's very poor management, with practically zero growth.

Since Sept'1986 to Jan'24 it was highly experienced and learned about Media Industry. An over 38+ years services done.

1. Priority given on position/designation either they have knowledge or not. 2. New colleagues are ignoring old. 3, Behaviours are very bad of current Manager, 4. Demand not fullfil. Life was spoiled before my retirement.

Practically nothing, only if something has to be written are the million parties that the company throws which hardly matters

The company has a policy to harrass the employees, if you make smallest mistake the VP forces you to give a treat to the whole floor, it was such a situation where now whoever brought samosas to office everyone came to finance department to ask who made mistakes. It is humiliating to work here
