এখানে কোনো টাই ভালো না. এখানে EXECUTIVE rank র employee দের কুত্তার মতো কাজ করানো হয়. এখানে MANAGER গুলো সব মালিক র চোসে. VP হল একটা পাক্কা ____.. কোনো career growth নাই. খালি চাকরি চলে যাবার হুমকি দেওয়া হয়. আমি COCA-COLA ব্র্যান্ড দেখে এসে ছিলাম. কিন্তু এটা আমার জীবনের সবচেয়ে বড় ভুল Dession.

GM sales is an illiterate person who use to abuse his team like anything in front of everyone. No bank will offer loan after seen the payslip becauseof its contents. Owner base company, only Owner can decision in every aspects, Inspite of having good experience & qualification that will be 00 value in front of the Owner, DMD of the company never gives respect of ur experience & qualifications... no recognition for good job... don't give you freedom to run the operation.... Bengal beverage is a very selfish company. The senior in the company want us to work but are not at all willing to provide the help we need to do the work. They want us to fix the market but they don't give us the help we need to fix the market. Our Salary are very low and if we tell them something about salary, they tell us it's your fault.
