I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Lack of support from the HR All little thing need to approval due to that process getting slow. Once you joined after that there is an no communication from senior They needs only result but they don't invest any activity. Don't advertise the brand it's getting now lack of the retail.
