ITS JOB SECURITY IS NOT GOOD AND ITS TAKES LONG TO MAKE DECISIONS. WORKERS WE ARE EVER THREATENED AS THEY NEED TO CUT WORKERS . ONE THING IS SUNG YEAR PAY YEAR JUST TO KEEP STAFFS SCARED

MY WORK IS GOOD IN AWAY THAT SINCE CORONA VIRUS CAME UP, THEY LET US DISCUS OUR DUTY ROTA I.E I NOW WORK 24HS AND REST AROUND 70HRS. WE ARE GIVEN PROTECTIVE JEARS AND 70% OF THE EQUIPMENT'S ARE AVIALABLE.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
