Here everything is great if you are doing job here and following company SOP that will be perfect for you, and one more thing there is no politics here, and no pressure kind of job.

There is no EL, no SL here. Here is only P.T.O ( personal time off). If you are going for take leave so company will only provide PTO.

I found only one thing wrong with the company. The company should forgive the one mistake of the employee instead of asking him to resign from the job. If the staff has worked day and night to increase the business of the counter and saved the counter from closing, that staff should not be told that you will have to resign after seeing your mistake.
