Learning and growth opportunity this company is a very good company.I learnt a lot while working at Ben Franklin and I have also seen my staff getting promoted, so I recommend that any new staff member who wants to join Ben, please join, you can learn a lot Thank you Ben Franklin.

I found only one thing wrong with the company. The company should forgive the one mistake of the employee instead of asking him to resign from the job. If the staff has worked day and night to increase the business of the counter and saved the counter from closing, that staff should not be told that you will have to resign after seeing your mistake.
