The company has taught me new skills and it helped me perform well in my organization, learned many new concepts and protocols of functional medicine and metabolic disorders, team mates are very cooperative.

Work Details

I worked as a Clinical Assistant to Dr. Vivek Kadambi, I used to collect clinical history of patients, analyse and interpret lab reports, EHR expert and also interacted with patients online and also did free counselings when required.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Teammates are good supportive. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is worst but career growth is fast. No one will fix there for more than 6 month's

Work life is good with the staff but Work life is worst with the management.
