Technologies used are very old, people work for promotion instead of working for defence, your promotion will happen only after 4years (that's also unsure), and for that late comings is a much more important parameter than your work performance and dedication. *'no respect, staffs are rude, nothing to learn, very less salary, management also takes decision to disturb temporary staff, no human rights inside office, misbehaviour with ladies also happening at office. Only permanent staff getting advantage

Full of greenary. They follow proper 8 working hours which helps to balance work - life.

Few seniors don't respect their juniors and they take all the credit and put all the blame on us. You don't get much to learn.(Not sure about other departments but where I worked i experienced this).

According to my point of view very backwarded work culture, nothing will improve our skills and growth. Mainly Gate securites torturing contract level employees. They treat us like slave. Engineering graduates are lose thier carrer by choosing this company. Gate securities thik like they own this company and instantly change the rules according to their wishes. Gate security staffs illtreat every contract level employees and visitors. There is lot of discrimination between permanent employees and contract level employess like Trainee Engineers, Project Engineers and Graduate of Apprentice Trainees.
