I liked to thank bharat electronics becoz we can learn each and everything about the subject what we have learnt. We can gain knowledge of new instruments and technology of lastest and old also. It is good that we have worked for the defence.

Work Details

I have worked in PCB testing Naval System, where I have learnt to use different instruments and testing of different types of pcb's and troubleshooting the defects and programming the PCBs and offering to the CQAE CUSTOMERS.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
