BEL is a PSU organization. Here I wrote, what are Pros and cons working there as a Contract employee and as a Trainee. Pros: 1. Peaceful and well established organization to work with. 2. Friendly boss and co workers. 3. 1. Often you would feel like a third person inside the company. They will treat you that way. Company will offer better facilities to permanent employees and nothing to contract employees and trainees. 2. No growth opportunities and any other benefits to the Contract Employees. So If you got work on contract basis don't stay more than a year.
