Working at Bharat electronics I feel satisfied for one reason becoz it Is near from my home.For contractor's they wont give any training and all we have to learn ourselves with employees while they are doing.overall work environment was nice. Career growth not at all worth becoz am a worker but I learned some testing cases what we do practically for every equipments.

As am a contract worker I won't get any respect or good talking behaviour with security officers.They treat like we are coming here to time pass. And one more thing we don't get proper salary at exact date in a month...

My Role is Testing Only.First I Was in Mass Manufacturing facility department here I tested control units in EVM'S and VVPAT sensor testing and later In Telecom and broadcast systems dep.here My work was to do Manual testing.Sometimes it will be hectic.
