Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company securities are good and they give on time stipend. Their facilities are also be favour in apprentices.

Dislikes

There is no vacancy after completion our training.

The job is quite interesting. Many things to learn our senior which is very possessive for us and they teach how to progress our work skill.

If you have a good source ( AGM,DGM or From Union) then or if you want a 1 year experience/APPRENTICESHIP certificate then you can come. Otherwise the recruitment also done as per company staffs source. Otherwise it's a well and good company to grow up your experience level if you got right department.

Dislikes

Mostly local guys got chance as they have source in such level.though they don't know the "W" of work but absorbed by the company under HRD premises ( called casual in BEL).Out siders don't get the opportunity. Every year BEL publishes recruitment over 200 ITI in different trades but no permanent recruitment for them.very Dishonesty actually.
