Organisation have experience & so politics is at the peak. Appraisal & promotion is given to the fav person only. No appreciation for hard work. R&R is given to one group of people only. People asking for wfh who live too far from home not given wfh & people in the city are given. Travel facility is a myth, they give less salary and provide travel. Compensation are not par with industry and you won't get a good appraisal even if you've done everything because they have pre defined appraisal set for you. There are barley 1 event for employees bonding in 2 quarters and biggest disadvantage is for WFH employee. If you're not favourite of your manager then you won't get what you ask for, no matter you're good fit for that or not.
