Offers less salary to new employees who deserves to get more salary. There is no difference between Under graduates and Post graduates in terms of salary. The employees who are holding under graduation and less percentage in academics offered more salary than the employees who are holding higher grades, awards and post graduation. HR's are not in the position to evaluate the employee and offers deserving salary based on Educational background, years of experience and technology they are working. Even the cab drivers make same salary in a month. Then why our parents spent lot of money for education since childhood. I request HR's to keep in mind to offer a salary to an employee He/She deserves to be. or else employees will keep on changing to other companies. They have the "Speak Up" culture which is great but people are going to stand by and watch, hear what you say and do probably nothing about it.
