Worst Product based company ever. It's a shame in reality. Worst Managers. Absolutely worthless. Their only aim is to please their own reporting manager and save own job. It's absolute chaos. They have unrealistic targets and unachievable goals. Always fails to make it, and then they try to introspect what went wrong which was known from day 1. If you are good at toddy and buttery talks then this company is for you. Since no one joins this company they give you a huge bonus, engage you in pre Engagement talks regularly. They will literally lure into job and showing dreamy rosey picture. Once you fall in the trap, and after joining you will realise you are in deep trouble. You will see no work life balance.. people will call anytime anyday. You will realise that the old employees are pets of managers and they are treated differently. They don't have any rules. You can't talk against them and God forbid if they say a simple thing against you, then you are gone, because managers will take their word. They have no clarity and will expect you to get it by yourself. EVERY old employees will become your boss and question you and advice you every now and then. They will shameless ask you to work on Saturday and Sunday also. By the time you would have enough, and you would try to leave then you will know that the joining bonus needs to be returned if you leave within 18 months.. many people just wait for that and then leave.. It is one of the best places to work in Bangalore. They haven’t got much presence due to lack of marketing, which they are fine with. It’s a proper product company where the inputs of each and every individual employee matters. The work is challenging but as in general, the growth opportunities are limited due to product lines. But it doesn’t stop you from switching product lines or develop your skills. The work culture is perhaps the best part of the organization. The place is a body shop. You are hired for Beckman but you will work on projects(read it as projects and not Companies) Leica Biosystems, Leica Microsystems, Radiometer etc. Nobody in the leadership knows what to do. Finally they can say goodbye to you anytime once the project completes or halts. Beware!!
