There is nothing to like. 7 days working environment without any additional benefits. Total employee dissatisfaction. Stressed work life balance.

Dislikes

Bosses are money making mind.They keep stick with marketing teams. COO treats employee equally like labor either you are on house keeping position or sr position. Under same roof some of employees have n number of benefits including 5 days working while on other hand some employees are struggling for week off after 7 days working. Totally unjustified company believe in hire n fire strategy. HRs are Deaf and Dump. They keep asking for your feedback but never go to implement....Read More
