I don’t like anything working in BDO.

Dislikes

Work culture is pathetic, managers are treated like freshers that they don’t know anything. BDO should not be awarded with any award as this company doesn’t deserve it.

1. No quality work will be provided by US Team to RISE professionals 2. Not a challenging work environment 3. Employee designation has no relevance to their responsibilities 4. Senior leaders are hired basis their years of experience rather than management & technical expertise 5. Employee benefits are very poor. To an extent of notenough food available in cafèteria for all employees 6. Serious micro-management issues. 7. BDO US Team is fairly new to the consulting domain and RISE leadership have tough time to make them understand even small concepts. Hence, decision making is a slow process 8. US leadership team is an advantage to work with as they practical and approachable.

Dislikes

RISE leadership team has lot of issues: Heights of discrimination between North and rest of Indians, all considerations goes to North Indians. Few are created syndicate and hired only their contacts at all levels.which leads to selective feedbacks and actions are taking. Higher leadership blindly falls on their practice heads which leads no ears to hear the middle and lower level team feedback.

They pay you good if you are ready to compromise your mental health

Dislikes

Worst people, especially the data privacy team. Zero professionalism. They fool their clients. Next level micro management from US counter parts. US consider rise people slave. And people try to show off their knowledge cause they are at higher positions. Believe me a two year experience guy can challenge them in every dynamic. Don’t come to rise ever. Be jobless better.
