They negotiate a lot during hiring to pay as low as possible. The HR department is mostly amateurs who have not worked in corporates. They need to better themselves at communication and are very lazy. Not reachable most of the times. There is a lot of disparity between the Managers and normal staff when it comes to benefits. Can’t apply leave in IT department. Bad shift timings. HR has no coordination with different business verticals. Especially the IT that works in coordination with US teams They negotiate a lot to reduce the hike percentage during hiring

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
