It's like other big 4 audit firms, similar work culture and process, but currently in India they are supporting mainly USA clients and they are basically at growing stage

Dislikes

I dint had anything to point out as an issue their,just that as an individual you have to be more confident and independent.

Work Details

I worked for a short period of time there, but as I said above same like other big 4 and you can see 80 percentage people are from these firms only.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
